Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
I visited back in November. I fully agree with everything you stated. It's truly sad how quiet a building can be with so many people. A somber/humbling experience. But one any true American should experience, regretfully.

@Bastek do you mind if I show this to my employees?

For the last 2 years I've been on a "self awareness" kick at work. People just don't pay attention to what they do anymore.

I don't mind at all, so please feel free to do so:fistbump:

And you are absolutely right, people pay less and less attention these days

Hey fellow New Yorkers I have some second gen stuff for sale on CL in the capital district. Not sure if posting the link here would violate any rules. I will work on posting it on the gen 2 for sale thread soon.

I think I'm heading to the Adirondacks Saturday morning. Anyone recommend any good spots/scenic drives? A road trip is in order.

I'll be breaking in my falken wildpeaks if I get them on Thursday.

Keene valley on the way up to lake placid is nice. Not the best time of year not much green yet. There’s a cool restaurant called chair 6 which is an old house but the food is good!

Normally I would have some good seasonal roads for you to explore but there is still pretty good snow-pack up there. If you head up the Whiteface auto-Road and take the last right before the toll-house (not a cookie) you can wander from Wilmington to Gabriel’s area behind Whiteface, that’s open year-round.
