So my 2019 OR the notorious Low speed decal vibration between 20 and 25mph and I have read a bunch On here that it’s common with these trucks and doesn’t hurt anything so I went on enjoying my truck for the last 6 months and forgot about it.

fast forward to today and I just installed an eibach pro lift and icon AAL and got about 2” all around. Had the ECGS bushing installed and Truck looks great and rides great but now that low speed vibration is more prominent! It was there when stock and now worse when lifted.

my question is has anyone here been able to eliminate this? Iv seen posts about dealers replacing entire axles for this issue and no resolve.

    carrier bearing drop?
    Dif drop?
Live with it and enjoy my truck?

I had the same issue. Mine did it when stock but only on the first deceleration after starting up in the morning. Then I did the Eibach lift with Dakars and its more noticeable. I did the carrier bearing drop and it had no affect. Probably going to get a 3 degree shim next and try that.

I see you have a 19 just like me and almost the same set up. Please let me know if the shims work and exactly what you did if you figure out how to stop the vibe, Iv searched and searched and couldn’t find anything.

I should have added that I had it at the dealer and they say they drove it and didn’t notice anything which is BS but it was very minor so I just went on my way.

do you happen to know the TSB for the 19s? The only one I ever found searching here was for the non TRD OR trucks and members were reporting that didn’t always fix it.

Does this only apply to 2019 models?

I’m dealing with the same issue. Pretty heavy “rumble strip” type vibration on deceleration. Starts right at 27mph. First noticed it after installing an Eibach 2” front/1” rear lift. I installed a DiamondBack bed cover a few days ago, which weighs just over 100lbs, and the vibration is noticeably less now. It’s about half as bad as it was. That tells me it’s driveline angle related. There’s a thread here somewhere that goes into great detail about measuring and correcting driveline angles.

I never noticed it before the lift. A friend of mine installed the same lift on an identical truck and he has no vibrations. I’ve gathered that there are slight variations in driveline angles from one truck to the next. Throw a few bags of Sackrete in the bed and see if the vibes go away. If they do, it’s definitely related to driveline angles.

Did you ever get around to installing those shims? Are your vibes gone? I have noticed with weight in the bed the vibes are much much less on my truck.

Sometimes the vibration in the rear is because something in the front. Try adding a rear carrier drop and a front diff. drop.

I’m having the same issues. I took the truck in before i lifted it and they told me everything was ok but i was getting vibration then also. I tried to get them to fix it but my last Tacoma done the same thing and I didn’t have a lift on it. So i went ahead a proceeded with lifting the truck with the eibach kit and a toytec add a leaf. I then went ahead and and done the ecgs bushing. I had the truck alignment completed and wheels balanced and I’m still getting vibration in the body and the steering wheel. I don’t know what i need to do.

My 2019 didn't have a noticeable 30 mph vibration until I lifted it 2+". Added 3 degree shims to improve the pinion angle and problem was solved.

There are posts about this elsewhere. You can see the silver shim between the axle and leafs.

Something like: Check the specs though.
