    Whitetail are pretty rare here. But they exist in a limited amount.

    I've never seen whitetail horns that big. And never seen them curve.

    I haven't written off AZ 100% but many of the houses were drawn to end up being totally off grid which unfortunately doesn't work for telecommuting. If we we're willing to bump our budget a bit we could do better, but trying to get debt free sooner than later.
