Im on Amazon trying to find door clips. My damn drivers side sounds looser than a sacramento whore. Any body have a link...to the clips, not the whore

Door clips being the ones that go from the door panel into the door frame?

    No just about springs.

Not sure what would happen if they sold but deaver is still an option if something bad happened anyways.

Are you going to do the mod where the bottom studs become bolts so that you can drain the diff via that and weld up the drain plug that gets trashed from rocks?

My Alcans seem to be centered just fine. I think I could have gone slightly heavier. I liked how stiff they were when first installed. It was easy to slide the rear around corners. Now they give and the truck just rolls. @Squeaky Penguin didn't we get the same spring rate? I think I have ~500lbs on you.

Yes. Planning on shaving the drain plug. Need to do some reading on the proper way to do that. I still need the studs as my new used housing is missing most of them, and would rather just get news ones vs. swapping them from my current housing.

And yes, same spring rate at 1k over. I think I should have gone 800lbs maybe. Either way, I can still easily get into the bumps.

I had that problem with my double cab when I put on OME Dakar leaf springs. The All-Pro relocation plate set at 3/4" shifted to the rear fixed my alignment.

Speaking of leaf springs, what's the consensus on re-using U-bolts?

I've seen a good amount of people online say that you shouldn't re-use u-bolts after re-installing them a few times.

Outside of obviously checking them after 100 & 500 miles for proper torque, not sure if it's really necessary on these trucks.
Sure they should be replaced if the threads get boogered up, but otherwise :notsure:

Likely need replaced every so often. Mine have gotten wore down and tweaked in the past. They stretch a good amount so Id replace them every set of new springs at the very least.

I ordered a new set just to be safe.
I removed & installed my current set like 3 times this last week when I was messing with my relocation plates.

I'll put the new ones on when I install some better bumpstops back there.

for something like that, I wouldn't worry. But after a couple seasons of hard miles, they can get sketchy.

unless your bumps require a longer one than your current ubolts then its a good idea.

Not to sound dumb. What's Cpomilwaukee.com? I've seen the site come up through Google searches.

Is it owned by Milwaukee or authorized reseller for new and refurbished tools?

As far as I know it must just be an authorized reseller of their refurb/return stuff and of course the new stuff. I've only purchased refurb from them
