    16 weeks is a long ass time! I think I am coming up on 12 or 13 now.

    After adding the taller tires I really know how short I am so they will be good for door ding prevention and to help my short ass get in/out of the damn thing!!!

    255/85r16 Drew. The truck definitely feels more planted but I am attributing that to the weight difference. Since I have the old and one new still mounted up I am gonna weigh each to see what it actually is.

    I measured the distance before and after of the height of the Smittybuilt beaver tail thing and it raised it nearly 2 inches. I also measured a 1" rake, 23" in the back and 22" in the front from the axle center to the bottom of the fender. I should have measured that too before.

    Yes, I am definitely taking a hit in MPGs but not much, maybe 1 or 2 at the most. I deliberately drove it in the rain yesterday and it was fine. One odd thing is that it feels like I have more torque. Seems to jump off the line a little easier now.

    Oh, and I checked my MPH against using Waze and it was dead on?! Not sure how that is possible but I am happy about it. I was using the online tire size tool adjusted MPH, which at just about every speed was showing 5 MPH faster than actual speed.

    This weekend I am going to make up my mind about keeping the wheels or going back to the OEM black Pro wheels.

    You still have the original wheels & tires - swap them all back on, take measurements, then swap the new rollers back on and reverify those measurements.

    Last night I stacked the 5 mounted tires in the garage. That makes 4 times now lifting those damn things. One more time to deliver them to the buyer or to take them to the shop to have them switched out but that is absolutely it!
