Them flash floods ain’t no joke, this was on old Route 66 with 2.5 in of rain. Next day there was a chunk of assfault GONE!!!

When we had our 500 year flood here years ago I drove to work at 5:30 in the morning across a two lane bridge. Two hours later a buddy of mine that used the same road to get to work called me and asked me how I got to work because the bridge was gone took DOT 9 months to replace that bridge ​

Good ol government websites... trying to file my state tax return through the California franchise tax board website.. well, their site has continuously failed to work for the past week so I can't file my state taxes through them and now have to pay to file. effing useless government....

We get creek/river floods up where I live but I don't mess around either. I'm always afraid a log is going to drift under and get me stuck or into the side and make me angry.
