    Just got back home from the Pain and Torture Palace and the workout went well . Tried a new exercise today called a balance board , that was fun ........ Not !!!!

    Imagine standing on a 4' dia board that is supported at ea corner only by cable lanyards attached to large springs . Now standing in the center of this Torture device do heel and toe lifts while not holding to anything. Basically this helps help train your postural coordination ability

    With weak muscles in my l/leg this made that leg shake bad enough I thought I was going to fall
