It was below spec, but equal going in.
    But now it's unequal side-to-side.
Something caused the relationship between the upper and lower ball joints to change; tech monkied with the SPC tabs or something's loose.

    I would.
Take your alignment sheet; might be helpful to the tech.

Seriously thank you for your help! I’m going to try a different shop and see if I can find a place that they are familiar with these control arms. I just got under the truck and nothing feels loose so I think he just adjusted the tabs wrong idk. Hoping for an easy fix to this silly problem

Should I take it to the dealer for this so it’s done right?

It's where I go; then again, my tech is a neighbor.
I could see them declining the work because of aftermarket parts.

Your probably right. I’m going to call around. The tech has the upper ball joints slid all the way out on the control arm so he probably was either being lazy or didn’t have a clue.

Will it hurt anything driving the truck like this for a few days?

    Mods? Yes.
Always go to a dedicated alignment shop. Ask a couple local car folk or even better find people into autoracing, you'll probably find that they all say the same place. I have found this to be true in two cities so I'm short one to make a pattern.

When you go anywhere that does general auto work, the master aligner person may be out sick and the guy he trained for an hour a few months back gets your truck.

Yes that’s what I’m planning to do. I just need a tech that knows what he’s doing to adjust this thing and I’m good!
