I get it. I am temped, but I don't want to give Toyota any excuse to void the warranty.

I did RCI unpainted, 5-degrees and top tread plate. From order to arrival was about 1 1/2 weeks. Not a bad install and did it by myself with a floor jack. Longest part was proper cleaning with Acetone, then etched primer, then painting. Do it right and let the paint dry well between coats.

Nice. Halfway through the pics I thought I was crazy when your truck turned to Cement.

At least a couple people have mentioned BAMF sliders. Anyone else running those?

I just realized I can't recall really seeing Cement Pro's... anywhere.
Looks good. What paint ya'll use on those sliders?

The paint I used came out really well and it was the Rustoleum Satin Black. I used the Rustoleum Self Etching Primer first. Then used the Rustoleum Satin Black Paint. I applied about 2x good coats of etching paint and 2x coats of satin black.

Steps are great. I researched price, and ease of install and decided on these. I almost got the BAMF's but the lead times were way out and they were a little more expensive for the same thing. These are very stout and perfect for daily use and on the trails. They can take severe abuse and all you do is touch them up with a little paint.

If you spoke to BAMF recently, what did they say for lead times?

Good advice. Never cheap out on spray paint and remember prep is everything. Clean thoroughly with acetone or mineral spirits before self etching primer.
