La Quinta became our go to choice when we started traveling with our dog Charley instead of kenneling him. Also switched to Wyndham Rewards Visa card about a year ago and have already earned 5 reward nights (caveat-be prepared to pay the card off fully every month, the interest rate is horrible!)

Yes, he's descented. Winston is also a rescue, he's only been with me for about half his life.

Is he friendly? Is it possible to get a rabies shot for a skunk? I know they don't make rabies shots for raccoons...

I've heard good things about skunks as pets. How is he? I think it would be pretty cool

Winston is skittish and yet a sweet cuddler with zero inclination to be mean to anyone. Ollie, my first skunk, was sassy, bitey, and has a complicated personality. He bonded with my wife and yet he slept by my side at nights.

Winston is, but my previous and first skunk, Ollie was only semi-friendly. Skunks are not for everybody due to their unusual dietary requirements and the possible traits of their personality.

Usually rabies shot for ferret is used for skunk, but it's not an approved method and a vaccinated skunk would still be killed by decapitation to test for rabies.

Well, first they’d euthanize the skunk and then decapitate it, but I still can’t believe it’s 2020 and that’s still the way they do it!
