2 new guys and my manager were working today... she called an hour into their shift for me to come and patch the sinking ship that is our store

 

I know it's a meme but little things like treating yourself to a dinner or something is real self care and you should enjoy it without any guilt

 

That must have been frustrating. On the other hand it sounds like you're a valuable employee so that must feel good too

 

Yeah, one new guy is a space cadet... hes the only guy ever to push a battery off the battery rack and have acid spill everywhere or potentially hit a customer

He also askes soo many questions i made it a point to figure it out when i was new as does the other new guy but this new kid is also a fricken know it all

Tried to tell me a distributor belongs on diesels, used the 454 bbc as an example of a diesel with a distributor

 

treated myself to some large mcDonalds fries, i usually just have 2 mcChicken
dammit those fries are over $3 hoeKrap that is why they are now a treat!

I was debating quitting till the other manager quit, everybody hated his guts
