Couple of questions for the group - hoping the collective wisdom here can help me out too.

Anyone in the Portland area with the ECGS Bushing Removal Tool I could borrow? Happy to 'rent it' if that gets someone motivated to assist; trying to avoid buying the tool for a one time use. Thinking I may try and tackle the install this weekend or the following depending on how busy the Gearhead Garage is in Tigard. Also, anyone have prior experience going there? I'm sure it's busier on the weekends, but idk how far in advance I should call ahead a make a reservation for a bay.

I'm also looking to get a CMC performed soon, so any recommendations on where to go in the Portland area is appreciated. Accessory Outfitters in Aloha quoted me $350 w/ parts and labor, but that feels expensive for this kind of work. I don't have the welding skills otherwise I'd try and handle this myself. If there are alternative options to going to an official garage - definitely open to suggestions. Willing to pay with a mixture of beer, food, and/or a little cash.

    Thanks!

I should have a used ECGS tool available for rent (pay shipping both ways) or purchase ($25) next week if you can wait that long. I’m Renton, WA

Awesome! Shoot for $25 I'd be willing to purchase. That would give me flexibility on date for install. I'll send you a PM!

Anyone else who can provide feedback on my other questions - thanks in advance!

Anyone been in GP lately anywhere between Panther Creek Falls and Trout Lake? Any snow left, or is it too dry this year?

Who around the Portland area has RCI sliders or Cali Raised sliders on their 3rd gen? It would be awesome to see some in person before making a decision.

I only realized I was missing it after we dumped rock in our ditch to backfill and I was tamping it with the backhoe.... took my coat off and Realized it wasn’t in my coat pocket anymore and started freaking out. Luckily we could hear my ringer thru the rock.
