At The Helm Fab with Prerunner style hoops (silver truck). It was made, shipped, powdercoated, and installed in only a month. I don’t think anyone can touch that lead time.

Here is are some poor cell phone pics of our newest aluminum version fresh out of the powder oven! Trying out some new light options with 2 amber and 2 white rigid 360 4” sae. This will have a bolt on stinger option, light cutout option and several different light options for the factory fog light cutouts. The aluminum is a bit of a hybrid, it has steel frame brackets, frame reinforcements and recovery caps and weighs in at 65lbs.
The full steel version is 110lbs. let me know what you guys think. 3220E78D-A41C-46AE-962A-5EF1260D61AE.jpg 974F24DE-E8E8-436F-868B-AE940829B8C2.jpg 3D34FC7A-9633-43B2-834E-74D6CE0393B6.jpg

Actually, bull bars are ok to mount a light or two on but none are recommended for anything else. They will actually do more damage to your front end with just minimal impact.

Before I knew any better I had one on my 4Runner Trail. I learned the hard way.

Is it painted or did you go for the bawler polished stainless steel option? :D

I read the entire thread. I have some favorites.

    My wish list.........apparently easily attainable.

10k lb winch capable (vertical fairlead mount)
    Recovery points
    Hybrid design
Full hoop (w/ limb riser mounts)
    TSS friendly
    30" lightbar opening

It would be nice if the fog light cutouts were designed to match the different bezels so we could reuse either the round or rectangular fogs and bezels. This could be a much thinner plate design since the recess aspect would keep them safe behind the main structural part of the bumper.

I painted it, took my time as I was not in a rush. I did the pre-runner version, most either get full goops or none at all.

I am going to have to download that photo and try to enhance it so I can see the actual bumper. It looks like fogs are hanging on mounts only and I'm not even sure where the winch is!

I'd like to also see a profile shot, and a shot of it not installed.
