I am working with a 3rd party vendor who has infuriating communication abilities

My manager asked me to attend a meeting on his behalf since he had a conflict -- she removed me from the conference call and outlook meeting.. On more than one occasion

I asked her what the process for resubmitting something that failed their internal standards. I followed that process. She sent it back to me saying she was confused about why I was resubmitting something that failed the validation... uhhh because that's what you told me to do so you can verify that I fixed the issues?
