2020 TRD Off Road

I just got my 2020 Taco and I want to black out the chrome emblem on the grill. Are there any matte black decals out there to cover this? Will it mess with the sensors in there?

I haven’t found a grill emblem cover yet, so the only option atm is replacing it with the TRD pro grill. Honestly mine is so dark I don’t mind it, but all my other emblems I put the blackout kit on

 

That was originally my plan, but from what I hear the pro grill is not interchangable with off road grill because of the sensors and front camera etc.

 

That's not true. The 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro has the TRD Pro Grille with sensors and front camera. Now you may have to do more research on how you install the OEM Front Camera to an aftermarket Pro Grille, but sensor is not an issue (a lot of TACOs with TRD Pro Grille and sensors).

This has the off road premium package, heated leather seats, jbl premium upgrade, hard tonneau cover, blackout emblem package, TRD skid plate, moon roof, black exhaust tip, sill protectors, mudguards, predator step bars, LED light package and advanced tech package. The only things I upgraded myself where the TRD wheels and BFG KO2 tires.
Oh, and I removed those cheesy decals off the sides.

 

THAT... is a beautiful truck. #wow

Still cant believe Toyota is putting a chrome grill on an Off Road model. WTF!!!!!!

 

The grille is actually dark gray plastic. It just looks a little shiny in the picture because I literally took that right after leaving the dealership on Saturday.

 

That is one sweet ride. Your pics confirmed I like the SEMA wheels.
