Does anyone here have experience removing physio tape?

My PT put some on using extra adhesive and I’m trying to figure out how to get it off without losing my top layer of skin.

So everyone.... How much would you estimate cost to build a 40x60 pole barn and fill it with enough equipment for one or two people? Dumbbells up to 160 ish, plates up to 1000lbs, 2 barbells, rack, benches, and accessories? I am thinking I should probably budget at least $30k for everything. That sound too far off?

I’m about a month out from starting my shop. I’ll let you know what I end up with in a 30x50.

Yes. Doing it all myself. I had multiple quotes from contractors for a turn key job right at $30k. Can’t afford that so I’m doing it myself.

I had $20-40k in my head for my garage gym but I'm not sure my wife will let my build it. I think you are in the neighborhood though. You could try asking on some of the forums and there may be an opportunity to pick up second hand weight etc to drop costs a bit.

I have a contractor coming out soon for a quote on the building. I will do the electric and insulation myself.

Just bare bones for weights, rack, bars, dumbbells, and a Titan fitness functional trainer I'm at $7520 before shipping costs. If I can get a building done for around $22-25k I'd be pretty stoked.

I don’t think you can do it for that if you’re hiring it all done.

I live in a very cheap part of the country. Concrete here is about $110/yard right now. You’ll need 37 yards for your 40x60 pouring it 5” thick. That’s $4000 just in the concrete and probably *at least* that much to have someone pour and finish it.

It's also very cheap living here lol I guess we'll see. I'd like to stay under $30k if I can. I can always buy gym equipment as I need it instead of all at once I suppose
