I purchased a few accessories for my new truck as of late and the Toyota parts guy printed instructions for me after saying "Sometimes the instructions don't come in the box, so I'll print them just in case." I purchased the Remote Tailgate Lock kit from a different dealer and, guess what, no instructions!

After spending about an hour scouring the interweb, I can't find the instructions for PK3B635JL0. I did find the short bed instructions posted here in Tacoma World, but not the long bed instructions. Is there a Toyota site where accessory instructions can be downloaded?

I just got this kit as well and am searching for instructions as well. If you found the short bed instructions post a link. But I’m thinking they would be the same for the long bed.

Interesting. I just bought some parts for the wife’s new Disco. LR has a whole section of their website dedicated to high quality PDFs for download. Who woulda thunk that LR would outdo Toyota on something?

You refer to “LR”, what site is that. Might be useful in the future.

You search the mod-list, but don't find anything of interest.
Seeing as "LR" and multiple search terms seemed to return nothing useful... and I'm sure he's referring to his wife's new "Taco" not "Disco" I'll assume "LR" is also an autocorrect, from what though I sadly have no idea.

I did finally get the instructions by having the dealer print them. The short box installation instructions can be found in one of the posts discussing the installation. They as you said, the instructions aren't much different, so you should be good to go.

I guess I should have figured it out. I had a Range Rover Evoque, but traded it on an M340Xi.

She had an X4M4.0i before the Disco. She really misses it but it just wasn’t big enough for hauling dogs. I tried to get her on board with the X3 version, but she was kinda done with BMW for a while.
