And all of my side jobs got canceled, so no work next weekend it sounds like

 

The guy told me they re-up'ed the Mountain House-hopefully, that's the case. Big signs on the windows, "Following guidelines and working closely"--it's cancelled. No garage sale.

 

So somehow that asshole of an ex boss caught wind of where i work and has been stalking my new employees on linked in, Including my trainer. He has done nothing illegal, but wtf.

Douche. Counter strike. Have a meeting, talk about what brought you to the new place, why you're excited to be there then open it up for questions.

 

I would say leave that fucker alone. Give it a week or two and he will forget about it. Unless, you meet with him and try to work out things. I know it's hard to stay quiet, but sometime it is a best thing to do. Just my opinion

I did the same recently. The wiring on mine was pretty basic.

 

No idea why this didn't post with the first.

 

Yeah, it is basic, however, I'm going to complicate a bit for sure. I'm thinking about changing the way it works to clean up the wiring. I think I can make it run with one cable down versus two and simplify my splices into the existing circuit.

circuit breaker off Amazon.

Got the RTMR off feeBay.



Bought the wiring, connectors and bus bars. Followed this tutorial.
