Lololol I thought that first time I saw it too. It kills my triceps though, even at light weight

I wonder if there’s an actual method to the plans or if it’s just like fuck it.

Lol yes there is a method. He adds in random shit like that at times to change stuff up and challenge different areas. The peaking and progress for major lifts/movements remain on the same path though

It’s like everything is either a tricep or shoulder workout with a hint of biceps and back lol. Close grip bench is getting old :pout:

That's because every overhead movement in strongman uses loads of tricep for lockout.

We’re in the market for a house (living with the in-laws). Talked to my broker today as we were walking out of a house we want to offer on. He said a 30yr traditional loan would be 3.6 today but we are looking at some renovations and a Reno loan is right at 4.0. Sold my house last month that I had for 3 years at 4.65 so I’m happy with a lower rate either way. Sure is nice having no mortgage for now though :D

It’s like month 2 of close grip bench. Bright side is I can probably do 300+ on it now which is awesome but I just wanna go back to normal grip

Yep, the rates are what they are and you just have to accept them and move on.

My mom had 12% on her first home.
Shit could be that bad again.

I’m hella curious about that as well as my back squat since I’ve only been doing front squats. I’m guessing my RPE 10 maxes are 465 DL, 335 bench, and 375 Squat.

I’m pretty sure. 405 is easy for some reps, I did 315 on bench like 4 months ago. The squat... Im just judging by my front squat and the strongman stuff.

The middle before lockout if I had to pick a part.

I actually deadlifted yesterday... Worked up to 445. First time deadlift in 8 months at least... It was at the end of my back workout and my body was trashed so I called it quits there. Felt good... Going to get them back in my routine!
