Custom Switch Panels

I could mail you my overhead console if you need. It’s a 2020 with no sunroof. I don’t drive my truck daily so a week or two without it wouldn’t be a big deal. I too can get caliper measurements if that’s all you need.

 

Any idea of when more of these will be available @MESO?

I’ll open up custom switch panel orders next week. I usually only keep them open for a week or 2, then shut it down so I can catch up.

 

Still waiting on dome and map lights for 2nd gen.....

Awesome. Looks like I know what I'm ordering from you next haha. Any word on the blanks coming out of the molds?

 

Does the 3 piece overhead require any trimming in the back as well?

 

Minor trimming on the plastic behind it.

Not at the moment. From MESO website:
Since the original overhead console was not intended for this many switches, slight modification to the backside plastic will be required for button clearance. A Dremel or razor knife is suggested.I do remember it not being very much.

Per usual @MESO was correct is *does* fit

However the extra tightness interferes with the sunroof momentary switch and makes it stick.

MESO if not too much issue for sunroof models the size on size fit would be better.

 

Mine was pretty tight, had to do a lot of trimming to the plastic

 

Depending on what MESO says I may just put it on the bench sander.

A) to clear the interfere with the sunroof toggle
And
B) to smooth the surface a bit better and dust with a little black paint to blend in a bit better
