I can and my manager told me on Friday not to worry about coming to the office for a while, so my only exposure will be the gym and I’ll stay wiping everything down.

My wife cannot. She is a specialist at an elementary school so she has to be in to see kids. If they decide to close schools she will be home, but she wouldn’t be getting paid :(

Yeah I am not too worried about getting sick at 24 years old, but my mom had a kidney transplant last year and is on immunosuppresants for that, so her immune system is very low and she wouldn't be able to fight off anything. I would just go camp out at the GF's for a couple weeks but I have to be home in the suburbs for a client I am working on the next month. Sounds like 80% of these cases are like a mild cold though. I bet there are 500,000 people already walking around with it in the country and haven't bothered to go to the hospital. We are only hearing about the severe cases.

That really blows. I’m a state worker and already told my boss if I cant work from home I will be in the office, even if I get it. They have to be the ones to send me home.

    I’m a cheap ass. I don’t buy stuff until I need it.
I have like 6 rolls of TP left. I’m glad my mom (whos a single woman) just bought two cases from Sams.

Yeah that's tough. I anticipated this and did my weekly shopping early and times @ 1.5. I should be good until they restock and ppl realize this isn't a 1-week thing and settle down.

It’s the same way here in bama. The medicine aisle looks like a bomb went off, it’s insane.
