What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Too late. Truck is back together.

I did break one small clip which I'll be replacing this week.

The bolts that came out were super rusty. We cleaned them, applied anti-seize and reused them. Then I take out the storage bins and one of them was oddly heavy, I open it up and there are the bolts for the new bed in almost new condition. I'll use them instead when I replace the clip (I have to unbolt the bed to install the new clip).

 

Interesting........................

 

Installed new winch cable, and hook, been blasting at Pismo.

 

Replaced my broken aal. Got a little more lift than I wanted, but hopefully it'll settle some.

 

Oh dear. That is up there.

 

yupper...I am in the last stage of being able to mirror my Iphone on the screen, be nice for Maprika for AOAA etc...

 

Removed an old shed roof from the bed of my Taco...

how are you pulling that off. I had to pull mine back today I didn’t have one of the plugs for the maestro rr seated all the way in.

Nice. Is that a piece of acrylic bolted down and sealed?

They go on and come off in about a minute.

I just need to find some small 5/16” knobs to replace the wing nuts and paint the hood brackets and I’m 100% happy

 

Springs are a bitch to powdercoat..... I've only done bike springs, but I could only imagine those

Repainted the tailgate lock



Then replaced the antenna and added a stubby antenna. All I orginally planned was to replace the boot and the chrome nut lol, but ended up having to do the whole piece.

 

What type of rack is on your cross bars??
