Was there ever a pocket behind the drivers seat? Or oh shit handles on the ceiling above the door? What about a freaking light in the glove box? Sorry this is my 1st Tacoma. My 99 4Runner had all these things.

 

I waited 15 months to get my TRD pro manual in voodoo blue, wanted a 2018 in Calvary but got pushed to a 2019. Absolutely love the voodoo though just thought that 15 month wait was pretty ridiculous.

 

Did the 2020 lose the dampened tailgate lowering?

@msgs350 you may have a warranty claim on your tailgate. Just be sure to remove the Sebellco lock.

Not sure about other 2020s but mine has no CD player. I even have the upgraded JBL audio package

 

The changed the head unit from 7 inches to 8 inches, they removed the CD player for space.

 

Ah that makes sense then. Id much rather have my bigger screen than a CD player in that case

 

Also removed the GoPro mount in 19 I believe. OffRoad and Pro only if I remember correctly.

I don’t understand what the driver side handle is for. Other than getting in the vehicle?

 

thats what seat covers are for. I’m happy it’s no longer there. Now all they have to do is get rid of the passenger side handle.

 

My 2020 Offroad is also void of the straps on thr seat cushion in back seat to lift them up. Just gotta grab the side and lift now
