Removed the old plastic truck bed liner and found no bed drain holes. Should I install drain holes before having spray-on liner installed.

    Are they caulked or something
    Why are they plugged?

There should be 2 at the front of the bed (behind the cab). About 3 inches from each side. I removed a plastic bed liner and they are often crusted up leaves/dirt, etc. Maybe they are plugged up?

I keep my plastic bed liner in so stuff doesn't fall through the drain (rust) holes.

They are more drain "slots" than holes. Can be difficult to see if clogged with debris. They do a great job of draining the bed if slots are kept clean.

i will see your one drain slot and raise you

22 years of accumulated debris (most likely entered through the rope hook cutout holes) under a plastic drop-in over-the-rail liner installed new and was never removed until last summer
i was very fortunate to not find any major corrosion in the bed under that liner, lots of naked steel in rub spots, and only a few areas of surface corrosion was found
and there were piles of snow and ice frequently during the winter over the decades as my truck is not a 'garage queen' all the time lol

Mine's not a 'garage queen' either. In fact don't believe it's ever seen the inside of a garage in it's 24 years.
