Hey - did you print that map of the strewn field I posted earlier? There are also some club claims out there, so something besides meteors could be found there too. Gold and meteors... sounds like a great place to go!

I think Bill Southern - the "nuggetshooter" guy on Youtube is holding a gathering near there this weekend too... Ever see his stuff? He's a Minelab dealer near you and seems to know his stuff- partly why I decided to get a Goldmonster for my 1st "real" detector.

I used to travel to Kingman a few days/week to Home Depot as a vendor. I'd eat lunch in my truck in the parking lot and watch the crackheads peruse through the parking lot looking for cigarette butts and pan handle, but I guess that happens everywhere.

You should plan a day drip to Oatman. It's a pretty cool old mining town.

If anyone sees a minelab gp3000 or GP3500 for sale I need one.
I have to start detecting again. I'm tired of no gold to buy toys with.

So has anyone used a 3030 for gold hunting? I did see a YouTube video of a guy in a place that did but it's not a great video.
