i just went out and removed the slave cylinder and the rubber boot...

there was a ton of grease in between the actuator and the relief fork

in the grease was a ton of small rocks and dirt. i cleaned it out. i think maybe the noise was dirt and junk in the area???

taking the boot off i could see in there and the clutch and throw out bearing look fine. and the spring clip that hold the clutch release fork was in correctly and the support was clean...

i dont know but after thorough cleaning and fresh grease its silent :notsure:

Still hasn't come back and it was constant before. I think that was it. Strange noise for dirt or rock but there is alot of pressure there.

    Ok. It came back....

I just took it apart and the grease I put in was already dirty. It just attracts dirt.

I disassembled and cleaned it but left it clean, no grease. Noise is gone again...let's see how long it stays away this time
