I originally got mine built 2 years ago after owning the truck for about 100 miles. Just suddenly got a random vibration a month ago, truck rides awesome again after today!

Mine shudders around 40 mph. If I drop it into 4th gear, the shudder stops. It’s an automatic. Did yours do this before you had the 1 piece built?

just have to practice it's really not hard... Shoot the inside first, then the outside, the finish with a final pass from about a foot and a half away to get uniform coverage. Although if you're doing it at home your setup will definitely hinder you

Ya my buddy has an at home set up. Not the best but I've gotten a lot of use out of it. My problem with them was my springs are already powdercoated black so getting that off is a pain

installed the Victory 4x4 access cab rack. Other than having to drill into the roof and using a ton of RTV silicon, it was a pretty easy and smooth install.

Just a bunch of old crap
It's the Garmin 35 series wireless backup cam. It pairs to the Garmin and you can have up to 2 cameras paired to the Overlander tablet at once and set one as priority.

The wireless transmiter module is attached to the camera and is hard wired to positive and ground. I ran the positive to a fuse piggyback tap in the fuse box so it only powers up with ignition, and just grounded to the frame. I think I used the wipers fuse to tap into. Nothing needs to run through the firewall or anything. The transmitter has a limited wireless range to the tablet, but from front bumper to cab is no issue at all. People have issues if they use the camera on the back of a long trailer and try to pair to it in their cab.

It has a small ding and light scratches, but I'm selling it as I don't need two tailgates.
The bed I bought came with a tail gate and chrome bumper (V6 SR5 option truck).

    Too many to list.
How's your tire wear? Mine does the same with an odd tire wear pattern on the rear passenger tire (inner wear). I'm getting an alignment this morning. If that doesn't work I'm going to have the tranny flushed by the stealership. I get zero vibration from the driveshaft. Even tried to drop the carrier bearing without any success.

Deaver stage 3 packs rated for 1100lbs they have both overloads for a total of 11 leafs. Thinner leafs so they ride really well while handleing a load wonderfully

Tire wear is perfect. I had the transmission flushed at the stealership also. It did it before lifting the truck. The only thing I have left is to get a 1 piece driveshaft.

It tok about 3-4 hours to do the install remove the OEM hangers, drill out the rivets, and install the hangers. It tok at least that long figuring out how to remove the OEM bushings from the spring shackles. From whhat I understand the shackles can be ordered without the bushings relatively cheaply but I didn't know that in time.
