Anyone rocking the Eibach Pro Truck lift system stage one? If so how does it ride and what tires do you have?

I’d like another 2nd gen owner to chime in about the Eibach pro kit as well...

Tons of 3rd gens happy w the kit. Whatever posts I find about 2nd gen installs are also happy with it. I know there’s a thread specifically for this kit but it’s hard to flip through 96 pages to find the 2nd gen opinions lol.

Are you debating between the Eibach vs. 5100s? If it is, I don’t think you can go wrong either way.

I’m about to pull the trigger on the Eibach pro kit. Was sort of hoping for someone to chime in before I do but oh well haha.

Yea and i want the height of the 5100s because the eibach doesn’t have that same height. But it’s more expensive so i’m not sure.

What height are you looking for?
The Eibach kit has 2.5-3” ....

Yes the Eibach will give you 2.5” - 3” (*well technically some retailers say 2.75” safely*) on a double cab. The Eibachs have 2 clip settings- the first clip is 2.5” and the second is 3”.

The 5100 kit will give 3” with the right coils. The same thing here- depends on your coils and what setting you decide to set the shocks at (5100s have 4 clip settings)

It gets confusing. I did so much research and I’m still unsure lol.

    I have a double cab. I’m looking for a 3” too.

I’m gonna throw on a 1/4” spacer to hit my 3” just to be sure. Haha

Hoping someone will still chime in (lol) or if I find more info I’ll post a link here.

Yes for rear height use an add a leaf pack. When choosing your pack make sure it adds height and not just replacement (most add height just double check).
I’m doing single add a leaf (AAL) because it’s cheaper and I just got new Toyota leaf pack installed. They say Toyota leafs are junk but I really don’t care if they sag down the line I’ll replace it then.

Yes. I’m gonna buy a dif drop and see if I need it. I read that some people with 2.5” didn’t do diff drop but since I’m going for close to 3” Illl prob need it (I’ll see what the angle looks like when I install).

I’m still debating but I’m pretty sure I’m going to add top plate spacers- 1/2” driver side and 1/4” passenger. This will account for drivers side lean (taco lean) and give me just a tad bit more lift to guarantee my 3”.
I may just do 1/4” driver side just for the lean tho

No the diff drop does not lift. It drops your differential down a bit so that your CV axles won’t be at such a steep angle (after your lift). This helps give your CV more life** because when you lift it’s going to wear more vs stock.
