Least he was using it...'bout 8 yrs ago we had a mad shitter at work. People had theories who it was, but never proved. Could narrow it down to a few based on when it stopped and who PCS'd out recently. Dude would trash a stall...like a colon rectal explosion wreck. Don't know how much they paid the contracted cleaner extra, but it wasn't enough. Also glad bldg had 3 restrooms, 'cuz this dude rendered whichever one he trashed completely useless 'til the cleaners came.

My buddy said the Governor made announcement.

 

The same thing has happened at my work as well, but it's thankfully not a common occurrence. I hope the cleaners get double pay when dealing with that.
