    Takin it super easy but the DOMS will be inevitable lol.

    I think today was my last time in the gym for a month maybe. Was very eire and I have a feeling they are going to shut down. I’m in Illinois and the governor just shut down all restaurants and bars until end of March.

    I go lift for 2 hours a night like 5x a week and have been for years. Gonna be hard mentally not having that me time

    I’ve been in meet prep since the week of Christmas. Currently four weeks out from the competition. I have a real bad feeling that my gym will close and I won’t be able to train and the competition will end up being canceled too.

    that’ll be a whole lot of work down the drain, but it is what it is.
