    Oh man that opens a huge can o worms (no fishing pun intended). I have many years of boating experience on boats of all shapes and sizes, both commercial and recreational, but I am not a licensed captain. Technically, the second you hire someone to drive a boat for pay they need to be licensed....even if it is the dinghy driver at Seacrets or the water taxi across the harbor in Annapolis.

    Hiya MD, I’m looking at a lift kit from Rogue Off-road, and am curious if there are any recommended shops around Harford County to assemble the shocks/coil overs. Or is it better to let the place I buy the kit from do the assembly? Still looking into other kits but gotta work within budget but would not turn away suggestions (just pointing out it’s not the “which kit should I buy” question). Will be very limited mall crawling. Thanks.
