    you're welcome anytime!

glad you both are doing well so far. one good thing about being up here - Yelly's winter season ended today anyways so at least that will curb some travel/tourists for a month.

    Shit is getting real..

Tents being set up everywhere we own land, huge tents. Highs some days this week are in the 20's with snow storm on Friday. Got 4 phone calls today from work. One was to fix a system flooded by high volume and I am not on call, but of course took care of it anyhow. People are jumping the normal chain and going straight to the source which is OK considering I guess.

Mandatory don't come in and work remotely starting tomorrow. But looking for volunteers to help triage patients. And a whole bunch of other things.

Week 7 of less than 20 grams of carbs a day, down more than 25 lbs. already. I love my carbs and pasta but they are evil. For me. Last night smoked a T bone for 2 hours for me and a top sirloin for the son

    Tbone Smoke.jpg

    Then seared it.

    tbone plated.jpg

I did have a salad also with Romaine and blue cheese. Ate all of it, everything.. I can do the no pasta but doesn't mean I don't dream about it LOL.

 Riced cauliflower has come a LONG ways in just a few years. Had some today mixed in some sour cream, bacon and shredded some 7 year old cheddar over the top. Then some green onions for a topping. Better than mashed taters. Honestly. Well OK I still would love some mashed taters with butter, gravy, and fresh sliced summer corn. And a glass of milk straight out of the bulk tank :pout:

Doing the low carb/keto thing here too. Having small losses, not sure why I’m not seeing bigger losses like others are tho... to lazy to log everything I eat in an app... diligent otherwise.

Anyway... @MTgirl I’ve got a spot in Madison in May if you’re around!

@CVYota hi! I don’t hang in here as much as I should. Too much to keep up with in a single way I suppose.

    Hi all!

Been busy at home. Been busy traveling. Phoenix. Flagstaff. Phoenix again. Camping. Living. ShitHittingTheFan with this corona shit... making sure our parents are set to be home bound... you know, life things.

Hope everyone else is well too!

I imagine one day I may have to cut back on the carbs but for now I don’t need to, thankfully.

I gotta say from the looks of everything you cook, I would be more than willing to try any of it!!!
