I know the feeling man. I hope my truck lives for a long time cause I can’t go back to a stock rig at all. It helps that my truck is a 2012 because it has the interior refresh that is fine for me.

Nah @Coot83 about a year behind me since mines a 2011 and we went lt around the same time. So he’ll get the V2 of whatever I design in a few years after I put my future kit through it’s paces.

Goals for the front are 16” of 4wd travel out of 8” shocks so we can utilize what we already have. But we’ll see what happens in a year or two.

True but I’m not that excited about the third gen to be honest which I’m thankful for with what I have in the truck now.

It’s nothing to write home about with the newer trucks. I miss my old truck everyday

Joined the 35” club today. Realized how faded and tacky my KMC wheels are. Color suggestions? Kinda feeling gloss black.

Rustoleum hammered tones has a decent level of durability. Steel-it black would be pricey.

I just rebuilt my bypasses and did the steel it in black but it’s basically matte black. Typically use rustoleom automotive and have had good luck with that.

I did my neighbor's wheels with rustoleum automotive primer, rusto flat black, and clear gloss - I did my current wheels in rusto bed liner and tons of clear coat over that. If I had to do it again I might go steel it or hammered tones - either way if it chips it chips but hammered tones easily blend when touched up since they have a texture
