Have done a lot of Brussels sprouts lately, caramelizing them at high temps helps a lot. Paying extra for the oven upgrade has finally paid off...

Yeah the box store riced cauliflower is not changed so much but there are some that have. Friday was at the grocery store to pick up some more of my favorite and it is in the frozen section and I was almost done shopping. And got distracted by a shinny object that lowered her eyes and didn't have a ring on her finger and then went to adjust her hair. Went to chase her down and on the next isle when I caught up with her a guy with a ring was putting food in her cart. Story of my life...

Need to go back and get some more it really is great and will definitely let you know. Despite everything happening now I just added reservations for an additional week to grouse season in October on the North Shore grouse hunting with a friend. Because of you and your experience with UTV's (OK cooking too!). The Northstar kicks ass and it needs a good workout  But don't take the Mods too far from factory specs...

Will let you know the brand that I really like am sure you will like it also.

Don't have to track after awhile, you know. But stay with it! It does work trust me but hard to stay with long term. Look at Atkins induction and use that as a guideline would be my recommendation. My mother started doing it in the 70's and still does to this day. Don't give up. Ever.

It was the only way I was able to make it to retirement in the Navy and make weight standards. And I worked in the boiler and engine rooms at 120° plus slinging sledge hammers and hard physical labor 16+ hours a day. Did I mention that carbs are evil and don't ever give up?

Morning all. Big meeting today @ work. University wants employees who can telework to start today through the 27th. Those who can't will be off administrative leave with pay. A new essential employee list will be made separate from inclement weather list. Essential employees must report to work. Might be off for the next two weeks...will see. Happy Monday!

Rained last Tuesday and it all pretty much soaked in. Rained Thursday and it seems every wash that crosses any road I maintain ran. Boss told me to leave it till this week. So, fixing roads this week and avoiding people.

    Have a good day!

I haven't been in the store since Friday morning, and it wasn't all that bad. Now with the stories and pictures from my wife, I really cannot imagine without seeing it. She came home last night telling about a shopper with a $200 order and I asked how could there be $200 worth of anything left? All I could imagine was a basket full of spice cans and those stupid little items that hang on the shelves and have nothing to do with any product in that section.

So, the online "click list" is closed down. Those folks are spread out to other departments to help. Store hours are now 6am to 10pm. Work shifts are still the same to allow stockers more time to get product out.
