Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Pretty much how we are rolling. They've taken a ton of precautions here.

I just got asked if I was here...

At least the traffic is a breeze! I work right down the road from some Vanguard buildings with a few hundred employees each. It's nice not having all those cars on the roads.

We're sanitizing the welfare areas (break rooms etc) every 4 hours. People are already required to wash their hands all the time. We're also not allowing visitors at all. All travel of employees has also been stopped.

The project manager on my job sent a text to my foreman asking if he had anybody call off.

I suggested replying that only non essential personnel were to not work and that all his guys showed up.

I'll be damned if I am going to let my employer or the government tell me how to live my life. This is getting out of hand. Our company is taking you off the schedule for a week if you travel out of the state. The problem is it is self-reported, so the people that can't afford to be off work aren't going to follow the policy. I'm just hoping everything is shut down, and i have an excuse to get my yard work done and go camping.

We will be transitioning to a work-from-home environment in the next two days. My guidance to our leadership is that NONE of our full-time or regular part-time employees will be laid off through the fiscal year. Priority 1 is to take care of our students, faculty and staff.

We have it all over the place as well. Travel is restricted; I was supposed to travel this week. They haven't cut out visitors yet, but it might be soon than later. We have to notify HSE.

Traffic into Harrisburg was almost none compared to most Normal days.

Customers are talking about shutting down retail operations.

When you fill Medical Oxygen you can`t really close the doors.

I do wonder since schools are closed who is minding the youngins ??
