The Official Gym & Fitness Thread

My gym is open, but not to any new customers, and empty. So far so good!

 

Fuck people... All that's here is some turkey burgers so I guess that's what I'll use to prep this week. All the rice and potatoes are gone as well.

 

Lifetime just made the call. Closing tonight at 8pm indefinitely. Already arranging plans to get my stuff from the storage unit set up again. I’ll die before I have to stop lifting

 

It’s gonna get worse IMO. More cases will be noticed. More people sick. Until a cure comes out, it’s gonna get worse and worse. Hell, most 20-30yr olds don’t even know they have it. One thing that can be learned from this is that the world is not prepared for a warfare that uses stuff like this as an attack.

What happens to the economy after this is gonna be terrible.

BUT I’m on the way to the gym to try and get some lifts in while I can!

 

Our medical system cant handle the mass panic. I hope it gets under control with most everything shutting down.

I think the economic impact will be short lived.

At least lets hope so.

 

BTW to combat the potentiality of running out of food I’m going back to keto OMAD tomorrow.

It’s illegal but a certain person who welds and lift on here is from Texas. That person has land and doesn’t agree that you need a license to claim a deer for food so he hasn’t used a tag for one the past few years.

 

No chicken at the 3 stores we went to. Ton of red meat at the small family owned store though. Good thing I have two deer cut up in the freezer ready to chop into burger and steaks.

Whyyyy. Why are people suddenly eating eggs?! The world is better when people eat unhealthy. This shit sucks for us who eat this stuff all year

 

It particularly sucks when you eat a dozen a day between the 2 of you.

 

Yep! And for some reason everyone all of the sudden eats the same brown rice as me... And the same sourdough... And the same butter...

Fuckin people just stocking their fridge with shit that's gonna go bad in a month or be thrown out a year from now when they never use it.
