Well 2 days ago I bought a new truck. Just wondering if there any cool accessories that you guys have. I would love to seen them.

Metal oil filter housing

Congratulations - skip the aluminimum oil filter housing. Maybe it was just the unit I received, but it didn’t fit nearly as well as the original plastic housing. Protected from UV exposure under the truck the original should last forever!

 

What's it painted with?

 

whole thing is done in plastidip (by previous owner). But I cleaned it off the main grille with WD40 and just left the trim ring coated.

Just found out my truck has been delayed due to the factory shutdown... arrival date changed from Apr 29 to May 25.

 

Just cruise the threads, or build threads. Budget is key, owning a Tacoma is a slippery slope, because there are some great accessories out there. To me, getting rid of the ugly grille was #1. I think the biggest appearance and personal upgrade is wheels. I think the best upgrade is a more aggressive tire, if you do off-roading.
