It's all fun and games until you get kicked out of the carwash for being too dirty... Trust me, it happens. :anonymous:

I was FINALLY able to get some photos of my truck from another amateur photographer worth their salt 29FEB on a Leap Day run that included Indian Flats, Grapevine Canyon, Fish Creek, and Sandstone Canyon in the CA Anza Borrego Desert. Thank you to @TacoPharm for the time and the photos!

    Somewhere in the Mojave Desert...
    Vehicle:
    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
Mojave... looking for meteorites and prospecting a bit. My trusty navigator wifey said “take that road”, so I did. This was on the way in,:mudding: the mud ended up making it look like a sand colored taco on the way out. There’s so much, I have to take off all my steel plates to clean it. :notsure:

We also went to some mines Near Barstow too.CF364E9C-0A63-4431-AB20-F63DEABBFBB1.jpg

Went out to Moab and did Lockhart Basin trail with a buddy in his YJ. Scraped a few times and lost a mud flap but no real damage done. Pretty technical route but worth it for the incredible views.

I was at 15 psi. First trip out with the duratracs and I'm very impressed. Took the bumps well, lots of traction when I needed and the sidewall flexed more than I was expecting!

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
I had a blast today. By myself, about 10 miles of wretched muck on an active logging road up to Pinaus Lake in BC. After the muck, about 15 miles of steep climbing through the snow. Tons of fresh moose, cougar, deer, and even otter tracks. The otter tracks are cool, you could see where they were sliding down the hill on their bellies, and then climbing back up to do it again. Brought my fully loaded backpack for some trekking in the woods, but the snow was too deep off the road to do any hiking.

Stopped at a high pressure wash station to hose the truck after. Spent 20 minutes on just the underside. Not enough. On the drive back on the highway, the wheel balance is just hammering away. Get home and look under the truck again. About 2 inches thick of mud now turned to concrete built up on the inside of each wheel. Made a bloody mess of my driveway pressure washing the rest of that off.
