Got a nice new set of seat covers for Christmas. The Bartact is already leaps and bounds ahead than the covering I had

American company, American made. They are a tight fit and need a few days to conform I believe. The headrest was a pain but the way the seat bottom velcros to the seat back, im hopeful they will stay in place better than my previous covers. Cool pocket up front and huge seat back pocket plus all the molle webbing you could want. They use a much tougher cordura than coverking that's for sure. I'll get them all cinched tight today as yesterday I didn't tie the draw string under the seat and take a picture

This week is spring break for me as scheduled. Stay home and be lazy. Accomplish as much as possible if I got the urge to be productive. I saw my odometer has crept over 125k and figured it was about time to do spark plugs since I had the hood open for an oil change as well. Big thanks to @teamhypoxia for the recommendation to grab this ratchet from harbor freight all those years ago....job was less than an hour with the prior knowledge and a tool to make things easier. Sure wish spark plugs came gapped correctly as that's the biggest stress of this job for me
    IMG_20200317_083542.jpg

@thefatkid is this a head gasket or valve cover you think? How should I diagnose.
Orange is driver if standing at the fender green is passenger. IMG_20200316_165958.jpg IMG_20200316_165938.jpg
Good bit of oil on that coil #4 and the plug as well..... Not what I had hoped for overall I don't think. I don't see much around the head area l as far as messes go and it hasn't felt down on power but maybe it is over time I'm not sure

Was the plug loose to remove? Looks more like a weak seal on the spark plug gasket allowing combustion gasses by

I need to do some odds and ends with AC and power steering systems and I still have not cut the holes in the batact for the seat covers. I should do that tomorrow.

I also have a few other things I should check off

Got the bushwackers trimmed and bolted onto the fender (not just hanging in from inside the fender well). Had one bolt I must have forgotten to put anti sieze on and it galled inside the nyloc nut. Not too much headache getting it solved though and glad to have the tire coverage for rainy days and other puddles

Went up the canyon to Jackson County this past weekend. I needed a get away after being at home since March 15. Found a great site overlooking Walden and Cowdry in the valley below.

Priorities were elsewhere this past year with a wedding & I never saw anything I liked until I saw @literallynothing and his warfab. I hesitated until I found out they redesigned it to be able to tow a bit. Now I'm nearing the end of the lead time.... Right @In4aride ???

It was a relentless that was too much. Didn't like the swingout on it and the bed liner coating seemed to start bubbling & peeling in areas. I was able to get what I had into it out of it when I sold it

Bumper is at powder coat now. Got a few items left in my pile and a few others I need to add to it. Have a bit of maintenance to do as well. Most of which is on hand. Some relearning to do too for electrical and other wiring needs. Need to relocate fridge a bit to accommodate bedside stiffeners. Nice to knock a couple things out

Still need to get it completely bolted on and level but I'm at a point where every adjustment moves the other side out of alignment. Time for beers and a spare set of hands. Anyone available?IMG_20200717_123416.jpg
