Neighbor manages the biggest liquor Store in Boulder, He said they have set new daily sales record each day since Wednesday. Yesterday he was asking neighbors if they wanted to make some money delivering orders since they had over 200 not even pulled at noon.

They are going to go lower. We are only in like day 2 here. In 10-15 more days..... I am currently sitting at 3.5% on a 20 year fixed (16 left). If it gets down under 3% on a 15, I will jump in probably.

I got a quote from a Broker at 3.375%, not sure if I should sit tight to see if they will drop or pull the trigger. I heard Mortg Lenders are increasing their rates to slow down all the requests in order to catch up so they don't delay loan closings

Polis just might shut down the liquor stores soon. Too much "social contact" - "safety". Depends on how strong the liquor industry lobbyists are. It's always about $$, re-election and power with these bozos.

Probably the same time he "suspends" ammo and gun sales. It is "safer" without all those. And, he has plenty of liquor and people with guns to protect him..... might get "interesting" in a week or so... time will tell. If I was back in undergrad, we would be having kegs in the street right now!! lol

I think an arm is probably a safe bet these days. We are looking at low rates for a long time here... we are due for that recession soon. I was actually going to pull out of the stock market 100% in June. I did not see this coming though. 2 months too early. Damn.

A friend of mine, in the business, just told me he could get me 2.8% on a 15 year fixed! Wow.

You're supposed to Buy the dip, not sell. I'm looking for cash to throw in while it's down. This virus stuff will blow over, and there will be a bounce back. It all depends on how long term your view is.

Yep, wish I remember where I saw it but yesterday saw a graph of S&P & DOW after every "Dip" and how long it took to return to previous high. The avg was like 2 years, as Warren "Buy the Dips" Buffets, be greedy when others are fearful. Although I am not sure we have seen the worse yet and Media gives Buffet far to much credit as an investor sage.

There's still plenty left for the market to go down. That the result of the liquidity cannon the FED fired Sunday resulted in a 1,000 point futures decline makes that clear at the institutional (Buffet) level. I'd wait to see who can and can't draw down their credit lines, IOW wait at least for the bankruptcies before jumping back in on any significant level. We gotta see if what's already a recession turns into a full blown depression. The market needs something on the order of $2 trillion to backstop.

I got that. Who said I sold? I said I was "planning". I have been planning this for a year. It was more about the election and the length of this run up. Nothing to do with Covid-19. Now, this comes 2 months before I was getting out. Oh fkn well.

I was predicting a wild stock market ride between June 2019 and June of 2020 that I did not want to be involved in.
