How difficult was it to pull the headliner down?

It was almost exactly the same as this. I just used a single piece of metal strapping and bent it myself, then drilled some holes and used to self tapping screws in the bumper support. I just wished I used a little thicker metal for mine but if I have any issues ill just weld in some supports.

New shoes with stock suspension/height. Went up to 265/75/16 E load. Love them so far!

Exactly this...the thread is called “What have you done to your 3rd gen today?” Sounds pretty simple “boom..here’s what I did /insert pic”

I would be less likely to post anything if it meant I was just gonna get criticized for showing what I did in a day

I like how you did it @bigmace. Not sure if my approach was simpler or not. I bolted directly to the aluminum internal bumper in your photo. Then uses some plastic spacers for height. Didn’t think of doing it how you did.

Thanks, wish I took some better pictures for you guys. Ill try to get some later but don't really have a reason to take the grill off again. I also had to but back the plastic air dams a little bit to fit but I put them back in.

The "Darby" brand ran me about $80 on Amazon. I've been using it (and I use it often) since 2011 with no issue what so ever. Takes up very little space when stored in the bed and I almost never take it out. I use it to transport my kayak, canoe, lumber ect. I've even used it to haul a telephone pole cut in half for posts for a livestock gate. I believe it's rated for 300 lbs.
There are other brands out there but the Darby is the one that I'm familiar with.
Very versatile and reasonably priced. Hope this helps?

I used the LED light strip as seen in my post here. More pictures in my posts here and here. The LED's are cut to length and adhered to the underside of the bed rail (or underbody) with spray adhesive (sprayed onto the LED strip only). I have a general rock light switch in the cab that turns on the rock, bed and tire lights. Each individual set of lights is controlled by remote. For the rock and bed lights, I used one of these controllers for each, so they can be turned on and dimmed separately. Here are the tire lights. My light gallery can be found here

Also, for the bed lights, Matt Gecko has his set on sale right now as seen here.

That's fine for getting in and closing the door; however, the jam handle is for stepping outside of your car and closing the door.
Sort of flicking it closed. IMG_20200316_200317.jpg

the photo is only to share what was done in my tacoma, the important thing is that I like it, when you make a payment so you can say what I put on it or not

My apologies if I offend any member of the forum, but it is not correct to offend those want to share

You're fine. This really is a safe space. We give each other a ton of crap and expect everyone else to give it back. I put stripes all over the side of my truck. You do you - it's all good. If someone gets out of line, the mods will step in. Welcome to TW - we're not really assholes (like those Jeeple).

We will bust on grammar and spelling, though, so be prepared for THAT.
