What are your guys thoughts on the 20 SR grille? I dont think I like it. I personally thought that the 19 SR grille was the best option of any. Kinda disappointed they changed it and I don't want to spend any money just to replace one oem part with another for aesthetics.

I really like this approach. Clean and nice. What did you do with your original grille?

I prefer the 20 grill to the 19.

I decide to buy a particular vehicle on many more important factors than the style of a grille. But that’s me.

At first I thought it was fine. Not better or worst than the 16-19 grill, just different.

Then I saw that massive, flat plastic pocket above the inlets and disliked it a bit more. Still better than the 16-17 TRD Grills and the SR5 and Limited grills.

For the 3rd gen, there are not any off the shelf kits and the trucks are still a bit too new for anyone to Frankenstein something together. The '16+ 2TR-FE has dual VVT-i, which I suspect is why the kits for 2nd gen trucks (single VVT-i) didn't just hop under our hoods when the first 3rd gens rolled off the lots.

Isn't it weird how that is? I feel like the SR5 and Limited trims are definitely the non-enthusiast trims predominantly.

SR guys like us are just excited to be in the club, and then the TRD guys make up the bulk.
