    Nothing like having to partially gut a house you just moved into to make you respect the pipes.
    PTSD is real.
    First flood was night 3- black water
    Second flood was night 10 - also black water
    Three months later pool plumbing failed and spilled approximately 2000 gallons of water (at least it was clean water)into the freshly renovated lower level.

    @Twizted and I had leftover Japanese curry with a fried egg on top. No pics but just know it was delicious:D

    Bet you got your money's worth out of that home warranty... Geeze that sucks. We've had our fair share of issues but nothing quite as traumatizing.

    Yeah man it sucked! I was at work and my wife was away running errands while this was going on. We had just moved my MIL into her place downstairs one (yeah just 1) week prior to this happening after completely renovating from the sewer floods.
    The sound of my wife’s voice during that phone call will haunt my dreams forever.
