why not do it from the comfort of your own home, though

meh, I don't see the fun in going out to bars anymore anyway. I was practicing social distancing before Covid19 made it cool

I spent the better part of 2 years after college hanging out with friends that lived in the heart of downtown LA at the time that worked in all the local hole in the wall bars, one of those guys lived in an apartment right above Skid Row. Many a night walking drunk along that god awful street at 3am back to their place to crash.

I'm glad I lived through it but these days the whole idea of bars really puts me off. Unless it's more of a pub style bar with good food and beer, once in awhile

Buffalo Wild Wings is probably the best option we have.
Do they have Beer Only bars in Cali?

oh hell ya we do, it's a whole 'other ordeal with the liquor license if you want to sell hard liquor so some places only do beer and wine.

Bars with beer only usually attract a different crowd, more chill overall. I prefer them

We have a whisky bar in town that has some good stuff but it's fucking expensive. Would rather just buy my own and drink it at home

am I having deja vu or did you post this a few days ago? with everything that's going on I can't remember what happened yesterday

I think it's a good deal for a 2nd gen Prerunner, likely to find some 1st gen Prerunners out here for about that much $$ at those miles

I should add though I don't really ever look at 2nd gens for sale, so I don't know what they go for esp in your area

I kind of regret ordering my Alcans when I did, but since I'm still able to work for the foreseeable future I'm not too worried. Plus it'll give me something to do amidst the craziness when they come in.

Finally getting a reimbursement check from insurance for part of the $7k out of pocket I had to pay for my daughter to be delivered at the birth center we used (ironically she ended up being delivered somewhere else in the end, but of course that didn't change the billing)

They're only reimbursing me for about $2k though which sucks, we were told to expect at least half. Right now is probably a bad time to be arguing with a health insurance company over reimbursement but I'm going to try.

I am glad though she was born before all this shit began, I really feel for anyone who's expecting a baby right now or in the next few months.

What spring rating are your front coils? I imagine it will be fine, I don't think the TG tube bumper weighs more than maybe 80lbs?

Ah well in that case you might see some sagging by putting a heavier than stock bumper on it. Hopefully not too much, I had 881s for awhile with a 60lb skid plate on and it didn't sag them at all. 881s are about the same rating as the stock springs. But stock springs are likely to be a lot more tired

I'd agree with about 80lbs so only ends up being about 50-60lbs over stock once you take the original off along with the front frame cross-member portion (at least on my 04)
