We have no idea how we were exposed or when. She’s still extremely sick..but as most of you know, the hospital can’t do much.. other than pump you with fluids.

She was able to be brought home around 7 PM last night but we are on strict instructions to NOT go anywhere. Self quarantine..

Her fever is still high. It ranges from 101-103 and she still is having trouble breathing. I have a cough but no fever... we also have a 1 year old... she actually just had her birthday last Thursday...

We are so worried about getting our daughter sick. . My fiancée has been instructed to stay away from her.. and it’s just heartbreaking. My little one cries for her mother. And we can’t do anything. .

We do not have the COVID19 test results. They take 3-5 days. But after the doctors eliminated all other options... we aren’t feeling too lucky to receive a negative test result. I’m hoping for a miracle. But at this point, all signs are pointing to COVID19. Unless by some chance it’s an infection ...?

It’s 4 AM, and she has a 103.2. Loading up on medicine to bring the fever down. Will update when I can.

    Thanks everyone.

How is your daughter doing, any symptoms? My wife and I have a 3 month old daughter and this is what worries us most of all about the whole thing. We're thankful that it seems (for the most part) children are only getting mild symptoms if that, but mild or not...a respiratory illness in an infant or toddler is a scary thing.

Hope she is doing OK and you and your fiancé recover soon.

She’s still not doing well. It comes in waves it seems... the fever will go down and she’ll start to seem more lively... then the fever will come back and she’ll be destroyed again.

I’ve never seen something like it. Even with medicine her fever is still at 102 at the moment. Her Cough has progressed into this deep awful sound. It’s a very dry cough with no fluid...

My daughter is doing well... I don’t know why she isn’t sick and my fiancée and I are.... but everyday I’m worried she could take a turn for the worst.

I only have a cough....No fever for me.

I appreciate all the support. Thanks everyone.

That seems to be the only real blessing with this damn virus...it is sparing young children, or only affecting them mildly, in most cases. I hope your daughter continues to be well and you guys get healthy soon. Keep us updated if you don't mind

That sounds horrible. I’m sure you guys will get through this. No preexisting conditions or old age , so odds are definitely in your favor .

Was this confirmed to be covid-19 ?
