Got my CB antenna placement all mocked up. The hood channel mount that I already had wouldn't work with the Tacoma because it's hood channel to fender ratio is way smaller than my old F150. Instead of buying another mount, I decided to reuse what I already had. It's mounted in place under the bed cap rail with self-tapping screws. I put rubber trim around the top part so if it did flex it wouldn't scrape the cab, and it clears the suicide door by a large margin (the margin gets bigger as the door opens).

Now I just need to run coax.

This. close to home the Non Ethanol is 90 octane. So call it 75% 87 octane at 10% ethanol, 12.5% non ethanol 90 octane, and 12.5% 93 octane, 10% ethanol.
Right now I can get premium (93) @ 2.25/ga, so she's livin' large.

Gotcha. Will be switching and just ordered a bottle of Redline. Looks to have the most PEA in it out of the bunch. Thanks for the tips.

Today I peeled the 9 year old plastidip off of my chrome grill and sprayed a new coat on. It was looking rather ratty.

I got the recall too, they said they would need the truck for a whole day. Also told me they couldn’t do it because I had a lift and they could only do the warranty on stock. :/

Good thing the guy in the lane next to me was too. I thought for sure I was going to side-swipe him, but luckily he swerved at the same time.

My truck has a lift and they refused to break apart the old leaf springs and reuse the add a leaf. I had to buy a new add a leaf set they installed it today for an additional cost and now my u bolts aren’t long enough. Because everything is shut down in the Bay Area I had to call a company out of Sacramento and have some made.

we have smog check. at that time they do some inspections. I would assume they do check exhaust, as they have to input some shaft into exhaust tip for measurement.

Do you like your Nitto’s? How many miles on them? That’s what was on my truck when I bought it new, but they got slick around 25,000 miles even with plenty tread left. I’m currently looking at
Cooper AT34S vs Michelin vs Nitto’s.
