Custom TRD START/STOP Button POLL

Side question...any idea when the Ultimate Map Lights - 3rd Gen Tacoma (RED) are coming in?

 

It will be as easy as inserting a small tool from the front, hooking the start button and popping it out. I’ll make a video before they go live.

 

Great job Meso! Did you got this idea originally from eBay? I bet yours would be WAY BETTER QUALITY, signed me in for one, if they last that is! Lol

 

Haha actually didn’t even know they made just the replacement buttons which is 1 reason I set off on this mod. Looks like I’m close to the same price point as well.. but I think mine will be much cleaner

Not a big fan of ebay; my 2-cents I prefer knowing the person behind the design making sure shit is the real deal...we won't dare bring our tacos to jiffy lube for maintenance. #mesomafia

 

probably the same factory that's making meso stuff. Bummer! But comes with the territory I guess.

 

I'm guessing that the plastic isn't translucent, so it won't be backlit.

 

Proper thought put into a design is priceless.

and no lol, this is a complete custom mold from the ground up. No using any tooling from other factories.

 

Any chance we see an option with TRD large in the middle, with start above and stop below rather than both being below? Would look cleaner imo

No. As I mentioned earlier these are just a sample and the final versions will be dialed with the laser engraving. Also the font siZe will be larger.

 

I’m surprised no one suggested a button with “TRD PRO”. I know it’s a slightly smaller market but would be a cool option.

 

ANy way to get a sweet red one without TRD on it? I have scrupulously taken all the TRD references off as all I see is TuRD
