I woke up early for nothing went to gym and it’s closed.

That’s a germ fest anyway . Too bad you weren’t closer , I have lots of equipment I don’t use anymore .

 

You’re right, We had a nice little home gym that we sold a couple of months ago. This will be good for me I need to slim down anyhow.

 

My old ass isn’t allowed to lift over 30 pounds anymore I have lots of dumbbells and bars and plates to get rid of . I do a lot of walking . Either on the road or up and down hills in the woods .

 

That’s a bummer you should try to capitalize on the fitness center closings and get some folding money.
Glad to hear your staying active I recently got back into it hard and been loving the process of it finally got some strength/size back so time to shape it.

 

It is addicting when you get into a good routine! I’m in better shape than most people I know my age but the 2016 eye surgery and recent diagnosis of an enlarged aorta put the kibosh on lifting .

 

That’s motivating that you don’t let a setback like that stop ya.
