Thats not too bad. I can tell you really started to get tired tho.

I do speed work at 6-9 min miles depending on the workout. Long runs and easys I do at 11-12.
Nothing wrong with slow. I’d argue its better

Gym is closed as of yesterday, glad I got one last workout in on the weekend.
Started Hard Corps tonight, did the warmup and then 7 minutes of cardio 1 before realizing that I have to get a rug or rubber pad to do core work (really any plank position) because my feet slip out when I try to plant them. Oh well, I shoveled about 2 tons of asphalt today so we can call it even.

I'm officially pissed off at this virus. Even my small gym close by is closed now. Damn!

Gonna have to stick to running only. Will prob start losing weight. And my half marathon was postponed to the fall on top of it.

You know shit is real when Boston and NY postpone.
Boston just postponed until Sept. NY made everyone who qualified pay an additional entrance fee of $135 to hold their qualification until November. Pretty shitty thing to do.

All the skwats. Smolov is a glutton for punishment, apparently. My legs don’t want to do anything.

I remember being pretty amazed when I felt like total trash, but somehow still kept making the sets day in and day out. That stuff is crazy man. Wish you the best. Hope you're eating all the food and sleeping all the sleep to recover.

Local good ol' boy quoted me at $15500 for the building with insulation. That doesn't include concrete but I should be able to get that for around $8000 I think.

It always drives me nuts when quotes have extreme differences like that. Makes you second guess the cheap guy lol

its like ok how many easy payments of $15500 are we talking?
Just one? Do you use child laborers?

That sounds like a solid deal though.

Lol I would question it if it was a complicated build but it's so simple. The other place is what I question... Twice the price for the same damn build and materials is ridiculous.

I have had people quote me some ridiculous numbers.
There are contractors out there that think they should make as much per hour as a surgeon.
Which is why I usually end up doing shit myself.

I’m on week 2 of canditos strength program. My gym officially closed last Monday. I wasn’t happy. Memes were created on my behalf. Garage gym was setup Tuesday afternoon. Gains will continue.
