You'll be fine. Your number one concern is to not spread germs, just in case you picked it up somehow. That's it. So the hand washing and the distance and not going out just to go out, blah blah blah.
I'm preaching to the choir but you know

Naw; I'm only worried for him and his wife since they're much older.

Yeah, I'm not worried for myself.

Its everyone else that could potentially be at risk.

I had a service call on a washer yesterday at these rentals I handle and the tenant is an older lady that looks healthy and stuff. So after diagnosing the washer we start chitchatting. She shares that she's on oxygen and stuff, and so with what the media is portraying she's a little concerned, I could only imagine the fear/uncertainty in older people's minds with all the BS all over the internets and the facebooks and the instantgrams.
I'm no doc, (but I can play one lol) but it bugged me to see her so full of fear. She's self secluding and doing all the right steps to make sure she gives herself the best chance at not catching it and I reminded her of all this that she's doing and that she'll be okay of she keeps it up and is wise and just to see the relief in her eyes and the fear somewhat subside.... Just from some repair guy telling her she's doing her best and she'll be okay???
It was a good reminder to me to try to always be a 'builder upper' type dude that the world and people can use in these times. We see plenty of doom and gloom all day eryday

That's been my method up until this most recent one that didn't even get me 200 miles to a tank lol. I even took my RTT off the back a couple months ago and it's still been going down. Gonna start with a tune up and go from there

    lmao

I accidentally got vegan Mac 'n cheese from the Whole Foods hot bar for lunch awhile back, not paying attention to the sign. It wasn't awful but it was definitely not the same.

    Like low-sugar peanut butter, bleh

Most I ever got was 320 when I first got my truck, all highway. Was on fumes when I filled up. 31" tires and supercharger on it but nothing else.

With the 33s, armor, 7th injector, heavier foot than general (I babied it the first year I owned it)...I'm not surprised it's way down from that, but under 200 just seems like something's not right.

Oh and I rarely drive on the highway now unless I'm going to a wheeling destination, so it's 95% city miles which doesn't help.

Oh yeah, I'm no vegan activist. I wont say its amazing and better than some good ol craft with the powdered cheese. Low sugar peanut butter sounds like a tarnished turd

I just been trying to cut out the bad shit as able, and lunch time at work can consist of some empty ass calories. Think I'm averaging 1.5k cal per day. I alternate between seasoned frozen veggies, and the veggie noodle pastas now and they keep me full till 6-7 pm, which is all I ask for. I just don't have any time to prep meats so frozen veggies and shit for 2 bucks cant be beat for my case.

I don't know why but I really don't put on weight easily in my 30s, but in my mid 20s I was about 40lbs heavier than I am now and I was able to drop that (from like 220 to 180) by cutting out carbs almost entirely from food (not counting beer of course). But I used to eat bread, pasta and stuff like it was going out of style. That combined with working out made it drop off fast, being in my 20s probably helped a lot too.

These days I'm at ~175 and it never really changes, but I don't eat a whole lot. If I stopped drinking beer I'd probably waste away
